1. How can I get price ?

Please provide us the item style picture or drawing, size and quantity you need, we will check price for you within 24 hours.

2. Can we print our logo or been customized as our request?

Absolutely Yes ! We can print your logo and all of our products can be customized.You can tell me your idea or provide us the drawing, we will arrange for you.

3. What is your MOQ ?

Usually our MOQ is 200 PCS, but we accept lower quantity as trial order.

4. Can we get sample before mass production ?

Yes, Of course. We can send our similar stock free sample for your quality approval,you only need to pay the express shipping fee. If you need customize samples, we will custom make for you, just it need sample cost, which depends on the style you need.

5. How long is the sample lead time?

For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. For custom making samples, it’s usually 6 - 12 days, base on the style you need.

6. How long is the production lead time?

Usually, it’s 25-40 working days, depends on the quantity you purchase.

7. What is the packing way?

8. How do you control the quality?

Checking Materials, materials just can be put into warehouse when they are within our request. We will make samples before bulk production, after samples approved,we will begin bulk production.Doing 100% inspection on production line, then random inspection before packing.

9. What is your shipping way?

Sample: By Express: FedEx / DHL / UPS / TNT or other couriers, Door-to-Door;

Mass Production:

By Express: FedEx / DHL / UPS / TNT or other couriers for samples, Door-to-Door;

By Air: Your own forwarder or our forwarder;
